What we collect

Need Help With, an Euler’s Identity project, collects your Google account identifier, verified email and name when you sign in. We store the requests and messages you submit, your sharing choices, optional contact name, email, phone, contact preference and notes, and access-key metadata. We use these to run the service, respond to your request and coordinate work with you.

Who can see it

You choose the visibility of each request. Public requests publish the title, description, category, budget, status, request identifier and dates after review. Business names, tools, account emails, contact fields and conversations are not published. Private requests are visible only to their owner and our team. If you opt in to partner sharing, approved partners may receive only your separate partner summary, category, budget, status, request identifier and dates. Partner access may be paid. We do not put your private description, business name, account email or contact fields in that feed.

Private pitches and agreements

Provider profiles accompany private pitches. Pitches and their conversations are accessible to the customer and the provider. Accepting a pitch explicitly shares that request’s business context and contact fields with the selected provider. Your account email, other requests and separate conversations are not included. Both parties can retain copies of information received. Deleting a request also deletes its pitches and conversations from this service.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your requests, change them back to private, and revoke API keys from your workspace. Withdrawing sharing removes the request or summary from future board and API responses; it cannot retrieve copies already received by visitors, search engines or partners. Partner terms restrict reuse and resale. For account deletion or other privacy requests, use the contact below.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Google provides sign-in. Essential session cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. A draft may be saved in this browser tab for up to 24 hours; use “Clear saved draft” to remove it sooner. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Retention and security

We retain account and request data while needed to operate the service and manage the relationship. Deleted requests are removed from the live database; infrastructure backups may retain earlier copies temporarily. We retain limited administrative audit records. API keys are stored as hashes, and sessions expire. Don’t include passwords, financial account credentials, or sensitive customer records in a request.
