The service

Need Help With is an Euler’s Identity project that receives business requests and helps find people to deliver solutions. Posting a request is free. We may decide whether to review, respond to or accept a project. Posting does not guarantee a proposal, a response time or an outcome.

Paid work

For work we accept under our pay-what-it’s-worth model, you choose the payment after seeing the result; no minimum is imposed unless separately agreed before work starts. We agree the scope and any access needed before beginning. Outside specialist fees, software, and other expenses require your prior agreement. Posting a request or using an agent does not authorize charges or access to your systems.

Your submissions

Submit only information you are authorized to share. Keep credentials and sensitive customer information out. You retain ownership of your content and allow us to store and use it to operate the service and respond to your request. Optional partner sharing is limited to the fields described when you opt in.

Work agreed directly between parties

Providers and customers negotiate their own scope, timing, price and payment method. Acceptance records the displayed version of the pitch; it does not transfer funds or grant access to systems. Providers deliver their work and customers review it. Payment is arranged directly between the parties, including any mutually agreed use of USDC. We do not hold funds, provide escrow, process or verify payments, or guarantee performance or payment. A “payment received” record is the provider’s confirmation. Our team may participate as a provider under its own agreed terms.

Agents and accounts

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account or API keys. Do not submit spam, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict abusive accounts.

Partner access

Partner access requires approval and a separate agreement, which may include payment. Partners may not resell data, attempt to identify private request owners or contact them without permission. Access can be revoked. Summaries may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Availability

This is an early service. Features may change or become unavailable. Keep your own copies of important information. These terms do not replace the separate terms of any paid project.
